From Dream to Daily Brews: How My Coffee Cart Came to Life
I’ve always believed there’s something sacred about sharing a cup of coffee–those slow sips, the eye contact, the laughter, the quiet moments. For me, coffee has never just been about caffeine; it’s been about connection. And after years of dreaming, praying, and planning, Still Waters Coffee Company was born–on wheels.

Starting a coffee cart wasn’t just a business decision. It was a step of faith. I wanted to create a space that travels–meeting people right where they are, offering something warm and familiar in the middle of their busy days or at an event. Inspired by Psalm 23, our name reflects the peace we pray every cup carries. Whether it’s espresso in the park, lattes at a worship night, or iced drinks for a community event, every drink is a small act of hospitality rooted in the love of Jesus.
The cart itself? It’s a labor of love. Every detail, from the plant accents to the design process, was chosen to reflect a place of joy and creativity. It’s a space for conversations, for rest, and for revival. And while the road hasn’t always been smooth (shoutout to every permit and plumbing puzzle we’ve solved), it’s been worth it.
This is just the beginning. If you see us out and about, come say hello! Let’s share a story, a laugh, and maybe even a double shot of hope.
